return policy

 

We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles and hand making all of our natural products in house, every day.   Our candles are made using natural soy wax, pure fragrance oils, and cotton paper wicks, resulting in a candle that is cleaning-burning, true-to-scent, and long-lasting.  

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at ifamouz.candles@gmail.com so we can make it right!   Please contact us before proceeding with the below.

We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange your merchandise by first contacting us and then:

  • List the items you want to exchange on your invoice and send the items back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.

product lost or not received

we take extra precaution in our shipping methods though due to COVID-19 mishandling by the mail carriers will WILL/HAS/AND CAN occur. we want to ensure that you get your package issue resolved.

to discuss the status of your package.

 

if we feel an error has occurred during the shipping process we can first help find ways to talk with the carrier and resolve an issue regarding the package. 

if there is no resolve and up to 18 business days from acceptance date of the shipping has surpassed we can discuss options of compensation or resent goods. if these steps are not taken in order there will be no compensation until discussed further.

no exchanges or refunds on any used ifamouz products with the only exception of whats stated above for candles in our disclaimer

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME 

  • Our candles are hand poured in small batches. This means that a small processing time applies to orders before they ship. We do often carry some candles on a ready to ship basis, so be aware there's a chance we'll dispatch sooner than stated.

  • Processing time is currently: 5-7 Business Days. 

  • Processing time has no bearing on shipping times, and is always in addition to shipping time.

  • RUSH orders will be accepted on an individual basis. Please contact us if you are in a rush and we will let you know if we are able to process your order ahead of others, for a small fee depending on order size. 

  • Our processing time is updated regularly and we always aim to ship sooner where possible. 

 

if something is not in stock or needs to be replaced we will

  • email you and ask if you would like to exchange/swap product for something else or

  •  you can have the option to wait until the product is availible and then the whole order will ship together 

  •  have your order minus the product shipped to you and the missing product shipped when availble

  •  last resort option be partially refunded for the missing product.
